The Finish Line? AGL World Seniors Tournament

What's up AGL?! We could be looking at the final night of World Seniors Tournament tonight. Maybe... maybe not? One thing we know about these teams is the streaks that these teams can go on! USA is leading with a 9-6 record and need just 1 win to take home the crown! Can USA finish, or will they buckle under the pressure?

Okay okay. Here we go! Team USA is one win away and they put out a decent line. It's not the sexiest names but management feels like this line can get a win to finish the series and be champions of this round. What do I think? You didn't ask? Ah well. This line I think, will have a tough time scoring on team Canada. One thing about having a lead like this in the series is that you don't want to be too conservative. Let's see if I'm wrong and what translates on the ice is opposite of what i think.

With that being said, I will say one player that will need to step up and shine when the lights are the brightest here for Team Canada is Runlikeheii, the shortside queen! She does have 7 points (2 goals, 5 assists) in 3 games, which is really good, but I'm going to go have to see if she can carry this line offensively. She attracts alot of attention from USA's defense and that will create opportunities for others. Playing with 2 different centers will be a bit of adjustment tonight potentially, but if they can win the first one tonight and Remaxx_qc comes in, this series could be very interesting. Irishoddity will be in net for Canada tonight and he's going to have to be their anchor tonight as they will have to play with their backs against the wall.

I think if Canada wins the 1st game, they go 3-0 tonight. USA should not be conservative as I think the offensive power Canada is putting out tonight is greater than USA's. USA better hope they win and end it early in the first game or we could have a very tight series!
