What is up AGL? Season 1 is in the books and can I just say.... WOW! What a finals we had?! The Pine Riders coming out as the winner in a tough Finals series against Money Shot. Congrats to The Pine Riders on concluding the season as season 1 champs. And of course we had a crazy battle in the Winter Classic Finals with the 90's Kids vs Blue Line Soldiers. Congrats to the 90's Kids on a hell of a series and coming out with the champs of the Winter Classic.
Now first I want to give a big shoutout to our admins who have taken over the responsibility of running one of the top trending leagues in online hockey. Great job everyone! Now with season 1 done and over, the draft order being announced, and scouting for season 2 already underway, let me just say... the talent in this league has gotten so much better than what was in season 1. I will announce my top 10 players available for the draft and I am sure their will be disagreements. But, hey... that is what I want. I want those debates and I want to provide that firepower for unknown players to make a name for themselves come draft time. A fun Mock draft is something I will do in the upcoming weeks, but I need to keep playing and watching streams to observe the talent in this league.

This is where the magic happens. On the ice. The dekes... the dangles... the hits... the goals.... the saves. Just like it happens in real life, bragging rights matter even on Chel. That's why we play it right? Fun, Competitive hockey where all 4 corners of the North America hockey fans can play together to chirp and cheer each at each other. But when it comes to narrowing down 10 players who I think are for sure game changers on any team they get on, their are a lot more than some may think. Let's get to these players and let me know your thoughts on who I missed, or who do I put to high.
10. xTw1zt3d_PsYch0x - C/LW
Last Season Stats: 37 games/ 61 points (31 Goals, 30 Assist)
- xTw1zt3d_PsYch0x is one of those players that just always seems to put the puck in the net. One of the better available snipers in the draft and can also set up his teammates. He has a great 2-way game as well and can utilize the one-tee about as good as anyone in the league.
9. NowYoDead - RW/LW
Last season stats: 27 games/ 76 points (45 Goals, 31 Assists)
- NowYoDead is just one of those forwards I can't seem to get. One game the guy is lighting up the scoreboard and the next game he's quiet. I honestly think he just gets tired of scoring. Which may be the reason why the guy was in the top 10 last season in hits as well. He is one of those guys that I could definitely see going higher than some other teams have him listed at.
8. xTheKraZe96x - C/LW
Last season stats: 28 games/ 61 points (20 goals, 41 assists)
- xTheKraZe96x stands out to me for 2 reasons. The first one... the guy just dominates the faceoffs. Don't believe me??? The guy was 5th in faceoffs won with a 3rd league best 57% win percentage. And also the guy is really solid at setting up his teammates. Kraze will be a great starter or even a great 2nd line center who you can always count on to convert and win faceoffs in high pressure moments.
7. TwineTickler301 - LD/RD
Last season stats: 32 games/ 45 points (3 goals, 42 assists)
- TwineTickler301 might just be the best available defensemen in this draft. Do you want a dman that won't pinch much and allow 2v1s? Do you want a dman that can complete that breakout pass and quarterback the offense? Twine is that guy and honestly being 1st in the league last year in interceptions shows that he knows where to be at postitionaly. The guy won't lead the league in hits, but he will always be on the top of the list for plus/minus because he has a high IQ of hockey.
6. BOBBYS_RASH - C/LW
Last season stats: 31 games/ 118 points (37 goals, 81 assists)
- Our very own Bobbys_Rash definitely has the chel magic. Watching the games he played in, he consistently made something out of nothing. One of the better centers in the league and also has a solid 2-way game, he will make an impact for any team out there. Being 1st in the league in assists last season is no small feat and look for him to try and repeat that while also gunning for a championship win.

Alright AGL peeps. This is a shortened version compared to what I will be doing in the season. But, please tune in next week for my top 5 prospects (which include 2 goaltenders) and also, which teams I think have the best set up to become the best team in the AGL. Until next week everyone, peace out.
